Starting Point - Exploration
People use coaches for a host of reasons; to find balance, to improve the way they prioritize or clarify goals, to improve performance. They don't always know how to express what they want or need. Let's explore your current situation and see if we can work together. My goal is to help you find solutions to the challenges you are facing now. I coach individuals and teams who are preparing for, navigating or reacting to change and transition but only you know what that means for you.
Coaching Approach - Partnership
As a solution focused coach, I can partner with you as we move in the direction you choose, at the speed you set, towards the goals that are important to you. That could take a few hours, days, weeks or months depending on your current situation and where you want to go. I ask questions, lots of them. I promise that our conversations will be challenging and productive, and you will see progress if you commit fully to the process and agree to work together.

I work with entrepreneurs in the process of launching and scaling businesses. Those conversations usually focus on ensuring they find the resources and capabilities within themselves to be effective.
I also help college and university students explore professional career options. Life can be exciting and daunting when there are lots of choices and decisions ahead.
